Plat du Jour - Business Lunch

The Brasserie Desbrosses is an ideal spot for a business lunch. Our „Plat du Jour“ is a lunch dish created at a reasonable price. We change our menu on a weekly basis. From Monday through Friday from 11:30 am till 2:00 pm for € 14,00 including a softdrink.

“Our philosophy has always been to maintain direct contact with guests,” says Scharon. “But the great strength of Martin Lisson is that he instinctively understands what our Berlin guests want as much as our international visitors whether they have a sophisticated palate or a more traditional taste. Boulangerie - The french bakery

Our bakery is a true original replication from France and leaves no doubt about typical bakery art of the great French patisseries.

Chef's Table

In the heart of the Brasserie we have created a very familiar space, seating up to 12 people. This intimate part of the restaurant creates an ideal occasion to spend quality time with family, friends or business partners.

On our so called “Chefs Table” you will be delighted by very cosy menus, served In large bowls, directly catered by our Restaurant Manager Matthias Foerster and his highly dedicated staff. The key is to feel home and taste our warm sense of hospitality.

Hefty soups, crunchy salads, as well as steaming sides and sweet smelling desserts, our menus don’t miss out on anything. Roasts and fishes are carved directly on the table, without disturbing the relaxing flow of the dinner. The menus are created individually by our Chef Martin Lisson.
